Pep Talk
I am tired today. Baby has been up a lot at night over the past week. Our lovely seven-hour stretch of sleep, gone.
I do not function well when tired. I lose my temper easily and I have no patience. So, I need a coping strategy. I need a pep talk from me. Here is the plan to make it through today:
1. Coffee. Lots of it.
2. Chocolate. A little bit.
3. A trip to the library.
4. I'll take a walk, rain or shine.
5. I am going to visit amazon and will buy the soap-making ingredients that have been on my wishlist for so long! I need a creative project to look forward to.
There. Just having a plan makes me feel better.
